Today stories surfacing that the UK allow Sharia courts that, although not legally binding in UK law, are effectively running a separate legal system as the Muslim community follow it and uphold its rulings against women etc. If Muslims do not like the UK justice system, why are they in the UK? Why ? Someone answer from these communities please or at least lets have the discussion :-(
Can we or would we dare try to set up an English court in Middle Eastern countries?
Why is no politician or media commentator starting discussions about this?. A sub culture within a culture with its own rule of law and system of government will cause a back lash eventually. Its inevitable.
Someone explain the counter viewpoint and why Islam should be able to have its own lifestyle, rule of law and system of govt within another society and country that already has the same? Why would you want to live in a country that was diametrically opposed to your beliefs, faith, values, laws, superstititions, rituals ? Well aside from the "cake and eat it" answer .... cherry picking the free health care, benefits etc.. that come with democracy that Islam also opposes. Forgetting the extremism for a moment.. which is another subject on its own,

Trump is not an Intelligent politician he is just a big mouth who will speak with no filter.
If you all did the maths you would realise that over 99% of Muslims living in Westernised countries are not nor wish ever to be terrorists .
It is all about Politicising Islam, and a few young and gullible Muslim fools who are on the edge of society doing nothing and feeling left out who wish to maybe take such drastic horrid deed as killing innocents for the sake of I have no idea what.

I am open to being educated on the subject and willing to be wrong. If there is a lot of discussion and open dialogue please point me, everyone to it.
Maajid Nawaz is the only moderate Muslim voice I have come across in the mainstream media who believes there is a need for reform or self examination within Islam. But he got accused of being an "Uncle Tom" and "in the pocket of Sam Harris" the well know atheist who talks a lot about this same subject. So time and time again the opportuntity for an open and widespread discussion of the compatibility or otherwise of Islam within secular societies is avoided.

At some time in the past, someone managed to lead the Sunni's away from the Shi'ites, so there is already internal precedence and process within Islam to accommodate change.
You'll probably find that those with most (power) to lose personally will put up the strongest resistance and use all within that power to stop such change happening.

The main reason the problem wont be solved is there is no "Top Man" of Islam to lead the Reformstion of Islam to bring it into the 21st century...
In fact the negative Islamists are completely agsinst it...

Great way to get free American media air time during a election campaign. Good strategy.
Re uk, it's interesting to see the government finally admitting the deregulation within the education sector was a mistake. Schools that are not at ofsted standards are finally be targeted for closure and owners prosecuted, this will apply mainly to muslim and jewish schools, about time too. Owners will also be prosecuted, again, another good strategy. Let's get back to a Church of England/Christian ethos at schools. Only the left wing and funnily enough the right wing free market think tanks changed this 30 years ago. Getting back to basics like this will make a big difference in the long run imo.
